For Christine Costello, becoming a foster parent was a long time coming. Costello and her husband decided to foster two brothers in October of 2016 through the Children Services of Virginia. In 2018, the couple officially adopted Blaine, 8, and River, 6.
Costello was adopted, and she always had a passion for becoming a foster mom.
