Faye Lohr Ritchie, LCSW

Executive Director
Faye earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University and her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002. Faye has provided Treatment Foster Care, both in direct service and as a supervisor, for over 32 years. She began working for Children’s Services of Virginia in 1992, and in 2012 became Executive Director. Faye and her husband live in Broadway, Virginia and have two adult children.

Julietta Berner, MA

Treatment Foster Care Worker
Julietta earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Development and a Master’s degree in Psychology from APUS. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to joining Children’s Services of Virginia in January 2023 she lived in Florida where she worked as a behavior therapist with children and adolescents. She lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Destiny Sayles, BS

Destiny Sayles earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services with a minor in Sociology from Old Dominion University. Her background entails working with children of all ages, in various capacities, such as: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Case Manager, Life Skills Coach, Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor, and a 3rd Grade Elementary School Teacher. Her passion for working with children runs deep and she knows it is what she is called to do. Her goal is to meet children and families where they are and to work alongside them to meet and or surpass their goals.

Jane Teresi, LCSW

Resource Parent Trainer
Jane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech and a Master of Social Work Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2019. Jane has worked for Children’s Services of Virginia since 2014 and has a passion for working with children and families. She lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
