Bassam (Sam) received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene College in Kankakee, Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Sam spent most of his career working with children and families in the private sector. He started Children’s Services of Virginia Inc. in 1992, and Crossroads Counseling Center, Inc. in 1999. Sam lives in Winchester, VA with his wife Frances. He has three children and 6 grandchildren.

Faye earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University and her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002. Faye has provided Treatment Foster Care, both in direct service and as a supervisor, for over 32 years. She began working for Children’s Services of Virginia in 1992, and in 2012 became Executive Director. Faye and her husband live in Broadway, Virginia and have two adult children.

Dana, a Licensed Professional Counselor, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University. Dana has provided Treatment Foster Care, both in direct service and as a supervisor for over 20 years. She has been with Children’s Services of Virginia since 1993, initially providing administrative management until she became Executive Director in 2012. Dana lives in Winchester, Virginia with her husband, children, and two Labradoodles.

Sam joined Children’s Services of Virginia in 2018 and serves as the Finance Director. He has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from UMass - Amherst. Prior to joining CSV, Sam spent 18 years doing Product Development and R&D in the plastics industry.

Chris has been in the Human Resources field since 1994.  Chris attended Lord Fairfax Community College and Strayer University.  Chris has been with Children’s Services of Virginia since 2009 dedicating her career to assisting employees with a wide range of human resource needs.  Chris lives in Winchester, Virginia with her family and three dogs.

Rebekah earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bridgewater College and her Master of Social Work degree from West Virginia University. She has worked for over 10 years in the mental health field providing prevention services. She currently resides in the Shenandoah Valley with her husband and children.  She has a passion for working with children and families and providing education and support to help them reach their goals!
