Faye Lohr Ritchie, LCSW

Executive Director
Faye earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University and her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002. Faye has provided Treatment Foster Care, both in direct service and as a supervisor, for over 27 years. She began working for Children’s Services of Virginia in 1992, and in 2012 became Executive Director. Faye lives in Broadway, Virginia with her husband and two children.

Karen Callihan, MS

Program Administrator
Karen earned her Bachelor and Master degrees while living in upstate New York. She has been with Children’s Services of Virginia since 2003. Her interests include crafts, metal detecting, antiquing and spending time with her two daughters and granddaughter in New York. Karen lives at Lake Anna, Virginia with her husband.

Jane Giesken, MSW

Treatment Foster Care Worker
Jane attended Virginia Tech where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development with a focus on Children and Adolescents. She then earned her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Jane has worked for Children’s Services of Virginia since 2014 and has a passion for working with children and families. She is currently pursuing a License in Clinical Social Work. Jane lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Elizabeth Uebelhoer, M.Ed.

Treatment Foster Care Worker
Liz earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Radford University and her Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Mary Washington.  Liz has been with Children’s Services of Virginia since October 2016, but she has ten years of experience in case management.  Liz lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with her son.

Ryan Crowe, BS

Treatment Foster Care Worker
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park. Ryan started working for Children’s Services of Virginia after being the Regional Family Readiness Coordinator for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers and the State Community Support Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Virginia for Army OneSource. Ryan chose a career to help those in need after being a volunteer mentor to adolescent males while at the University of Maryland. Ryan lives in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife, three children and a dog.
